We are proud to announce that we finally reached our goal with all major food allergies. We are now Soy Free as well. We are the only restaurant that is: 100% MSG Free, 100% Dairy Free, 100% Nut Free, 99% Soy Free, and 98% Gluten Free and we use the highest quality ingredients. To top it off we won the 2019 Award for the Cleanest Ethnic Restaurant in Genesee County and we were voted Best of the Best Lebanese Cuisine. Our open kitchen is all color coded so there is no cross contact.😃

  2 – We use NO powder citric acid, NO eggs, NO mayonnaise, NO artificial ingredients or butter
  3 – We use fresh lemons and pure olive oil
  4 – We make everything fresh daily and we cook all our meals to order
  5 – We make our own salad dressing and sauces from scratch
  6 – We make our garlic dip dairy and gluten free and it takes us one hour to make six liters
