We are the only restaurant that is: 100% MSG Free,100% Dairy Free, 100% Nut Free, 99%Soy Free, and 98% Gluten Free and we use the highest quality ingredients. To top it off we won the 2019 Award for the Cleanest Ethnic Restaurant in Genesee County and we were voted Best of the Best Lebanese Cuisine. Our open kitchen is all color coded so there is no cross contact.😃 We also WON the 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024 Honorable Mention in Outstanding Food Service Sanitation.

  1 – We squeeze over 300 fresh lemons per week
  2 – We use NO powder citric acid, NO eggs, NO mayonnaise, NO artificial ingredients or butter
  3 – We use fresh lemons and pure olive oil
  4 – We make everything fresh daily and we cook all our meals to order
  5 – We make our own salad dressing and sauces from scratch
  6 – We make our garlic dip dairy and gluten free and it takes us one hour to make six liters
  7 – We make our soups fresh daily from scratch and its vegan.
  8 – We marinate all our meat for 24 hrs no less
  9 – Our menu is all gluten Free except 2 items
10 – We have passed all health inspections with ZERO violations since we opened in June 2016. We were nominated and WON the 2019 Excellence in Food Sanitation Award for the cleanest Ethnic restaurant in Genesee County and WON the 2020, 2022, 2023 & 2024 Honorable Mention in Outstanding Food Service Sanitation, and we Won the 2019, 2023 & 2024 Best of the Best Lebanese Cuisine award!
