An authentic Lebanese family recipe made with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate molasses and spices imported from Lebanon — and, like everything at Teta's, no citric-acid powder, no eggs, no mayonnaise, no artificial ingredients. Use it on salad, or as an all-purpose marinade for red meat, seafood and poultry.

Can I use the dressing as a marinade?
Yes — that's why it's called a Dressing & Marinade. Marinate chicken, lamb chops, pork chops or fish, then grill or roast. We marinate all of the meat at the restaurant for at least 24 hours.
